Product introduction

As the core driving force of the modern industrial system, the efficient, precise, and controllable generation and transfer of thermal energy directly determine production efficiency and product quality. Flash Joule Heating (resistance heating), a product that relies on instantaneous discharge, utilizes the resistance effect generated when an electric current passes through a conductor to directly convert electrical energy into thermal energy. With advantages such as high heating temperature, short heating time, easy adjustment and control of parameters, convenient installation, easy cleaning after use, and no pollution, it has become an indispensable key technical means in many fields, including graphene preparation, material heat treatment, instantaneous thermal shock chemical reactions, and aerospace metal testing and research. 

Our product not only has the extremely high temperature environment (≥3400°C) of traditional flash Joule heating devices but also features an ultra-high heating rate (≤40ms). It has inherent advantages in processing powdery, thin metal sheet, thin film, bio-based, and nanomaterial samples. The extremely high temperature and heating rate can better reduce the interference of current on the samples.
