固定床反应器
、移动床反应器和流化床反应器的区别吗?
顾名思义,如果颗粒床是固定的,则称之为固定床。如果颗粒床层是作为一个整体运动的,固体颗粒从顶部连续加入,从底部排出,颗粒之间没有相对运动,而是以一种整体状态运动,这就叫做移动床。当流体(气体/液体)通过颗粒床时,反应就发生了。如果流体通过床层的速度增大到一定值,固体颗粒就不能再保持相同的状态,全部悬浮在流体中,固体颗粒随机运动。整个固体颗粒床可以像流体床一样流动。
1. 固定床反应器。
又名填充床反应器,是在反应器内填充固体催化剂或固体反应物,实现多相反应。固体通常以颗粒的形式堆积成一定高度的床层。床是静止的,流体通过床反应。
固定床反应器主要用于实现气固相催化反应,如氨合成塔、二氧化硫接触氧化器、烃类蒸汽重整器等。用于气固相或液固相非催化反应时,床层中填充有固体反应物。涓流床反应器也可归属类于固定床反应器,气、液相并流向下通过床层,呈气液固相接触。
2. 流化床反应器。
当通过床层的流体的流速逐渐增大到一定值时,颗粒会松动,颗粒之间的空隙增大,床层体积膨胀。如果流体速度进一步增加,床层就不能保持静止状态。在这一点上,粒子都悬浮在流体中,表现出相当不规则的运动。随着流速的增加,颗粒的运动变得更加剧烈,床层的膨胀也相应增加,但颗粒仍停留在床层中,不被流体携带。这种床的状态类似于液体,称为流化床。
流化床反应器是利用气体或液体通过颗粒状固体层,使固体颗粒处于悬浮运动状态,进行气固相反应过程或液固相反应过程的反应器。
沸腾床是流化床的一种,固体在流化床反应器中流动,由流体和固体颗粒形成的床层就像沸腾的液体。沸腾床反应器的下部装有分布板,固体颗粒放置在分布板上,流体从分布板的下面进料。当流体流速达到一定值时,固体颗粒开始松动,然后流速增大,进入流化状态。沸腾床具有接触面积大、传热传质效率高、时空产率高等优点,但返混严重。由于固体处于运动状态,沸腾床具有良好的反应或传热效果,但在煤调湿中消耗大量的电能,并携带大量的粉尘。
3. 移动床反应器。
是用于实现气固相反应过程或液固相反应过程的反应器。在反应器顶部连续加入颗粒状或块状固体反应物或催化剂。随着反应的进行,固体物料逐渐向下运动,最后不断地从底部排出。然后,流体从底部到顶部(或从顶部到底部)通过固体床反应。
